Amara Lanka Tours cancellation policy is always flexible and customer friendly
The client is free to request a cancellation within 7 days or more before the arrival date paying us 10% of the cost for our documentation and ground work done at our end after receiving the written confirmation from the client.
Even if there is a last minute cancellation or no show we always try to minimize the cancellation charges as much as we can to make our clients comfortable.
Further after confirmation and making the initial advance payment if the travelers make arrangements to postpone the tour we are always in a position to carry forward the full initial advance payment to next travel date.
