Dear Mr. Santha, We returned safely to India (and to Goa where we stay) on Nov. 01 and got tied up with some important official work. My sincere apologies for late responding.

The tour was well planned and properly arranged keeping the perspective of a tourist who is visiting the country for the first time. It was a combination with visits to heritage sites and monuments, famous temples and at the same time enjoying the flora and fauna of the nature. The hotels where we stayed were clean and had adequate arrangements to make our stay comfortable. We have no complaints whatsoever with regard to food and service. We compliment you and your team for making these satisfactory arrangements.

Our special appreciation to Mr. Ramesh, who was with us, was an outstanding companion in the tour and an apt guide. We admire his courtesy, responsibility towards the guests, punctuality and his devotion towards his duties. He is totally committed to safety while on the wheel and is an asset for your organization. He deserves all the praise for his knowledge of the routes and there has not been a single instance where he had to take a detour. The car he provided was immaculate and we had a comfortable journey all through. We will be obliged if our message is conveyed to Mr. Ramesh.
